Definitely not a standard sales profile; we’re looking for someone who:
- Brings in new end-user clients (hunter)
- Expands major end-user accounts (farmer)
- Brings structure and contributes ideas to sales processes, CRM, and development.
- Can eventually manage others.
- Can combine ITAD & sales, promoting a circular, sustainable IT strategy
- Base salary €3,500 – €4,000 plus a very attractive margin-related bonus
- Travel allowance

- Strong in B2B relationships
- Can build trust
- Understands long sales cycles
- Consultative sales
- Analytical & process-oriented mindset
- Understands margins, buyback, and residual value
- Knowledge of asset value / remarketing / lifecycle
- Can structure the pipeline
- Not only closes deals but also continues to monitor and guide their execution
- Collaborates with operations / warehouse
- Can switch between sales, logistics, and procurement
Leadership potential:
Ownership, ability to coach, ability to outline structure.
Background:
Approximately 5 years of experience in IT, hardware / leasing, ITAD, refurbishment, or long-term B2B—ideally from a distributor, reseller, ITAD provider, or vendor.
