Definitely not a standard sales profile; we’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings in new end-user clients (hunter)
  • Expands major end-user accounts (farmer)
  • Brings structure and contributes ideas to sales processes, CRM, and development.
  • Can eventually manage others.
  • Can combine ITAD & sales, promoting a circular, sustainable IT strategy
  • Base salary €3,500 – €4,000 plus a very attractive margin-related bonus
  • Travel allowance

  • Strong in B2B relationships
  • Can build trust
  • Understands long sales cycles
  • Consultative sales
  • Analytical & process-oriented mindset
  • Understands margins, buyback, and residual value
  • Knowledge of asset value / remarketing / lifecycle
  • Can structure the pipeline
  • Not only closes deals but also continues to monitor and guide their execution
  • Collaborates with operations / warehouse
  • Can switch between sales, logistics, and procurement

Leadership potential:

Ownership, ability to coach, ability to outline structure.

Background:

Approximately 5 years of experience in IT, hardware / leasing, ITAD, refurbishment, or long-term B2B—ideally from a distributor, reseller, ITAD provider, or vendor.

We will contact you to schedule a first conversation. This meeting is about getting to know each other. This helps us understand whether you are the enthusiastic colleague we are looking for and whether the role fits what you want.

Step 4: Follow up interview

If the introductory interview goes well, we will schedule a second conversation. In this meeting, we will go deeper into the content of the role and or the programme.

Step 5: Offer

In most cases, the process includes two interviews. If everything is a match, you will receive an offer from us confirming the agreements in writing, including a contract.

Step 6: Welcome to Infotheek

Once you accept our offer, we prepare everything for a smooth start. We will guide you through the onboarding process so you can get started quickly and confidently in your new role.
