Someone who:

  • is driven, eager to learn, unafraid, and able to work in a structured manner
  • Supports sales (lead generation, follow-up, deal preparation)
  • Gains in-depth knowledge of ITAD (pricing, remarketing, circular economy, sustainability)
  • Builds their own client relationships
  • Progresses to mid-level, senior, and eventually executive sales roles
  • 0–3 years of sales experience.
  • Commercial degree (MBO or higher), or experienced.
  • Salary indication: €2,750 + attractive margin-target-related bonus.
  • Travel allowance

  • Eager to learn: Asks follow-up questions, wants to understand how ITAD works, quickly grasps business models

  • Structured approach: Can work with CRM systems, maintains a good overview in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Responsible: Takes initiative, doesn’t wait for instructions, eager to improve.

Application process

Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Screening

We review your application carefully and will let you know within two weeks whether we would like to invite you for an introductory interview.

Step 3: The introductory interview

We will contact you to schedule a first conversation. This meeting is about getting to know each other. This helps us understand whether you are the enthusiastic colleague we are looking for and whether the role fits what you want.

Step 4: Follow up interview

If the introductory interview goes well, we will schedule a second conversation. In this meeting, we will go deeper into the content of the role and or the programme.

Step 5: Offer

In most cases, the process includes two interviews. If everything is a match, you will receive an offer from us confirming the agreements in writing, including a contract.

Step 6: Welcome to Infotheek

Once you accept our offer, we prepare everything for a smooth start. We will guide you through the onboarding process so you can get started quickly and confidently in your new role.
